I’m the one who’s tried every organizational system known to humanity, got SUPER excited about each one…until my ADHD brain wandered off for three months. “Uh, wasn’t I supposed to meditate?” But here’s the plot twist: even with my scattered approach, I’ve sorted through the nonsense and found what actually works!
So why bother with any of this woo-woo crap? Because when you find the right tools – ones that work with your brain instead of against it – everything shifts! Your creativity flows (even when you can’t find your favorite pen). And you start trusting your intuition (even if you forgot to journal about it). This isn’t about becoming a perfectly zen human – it’s about finding what actually works for your gloriously imperfect life.
