I’m the one who’s tried every organizational system known to humanity, got SUPER excited about each one…until my ADHD brain wandered off for three months. “Uh, wasn’t I supposed to meditate?”
But (shockingly), even with my scattered approach, I’ve waded through the tsunami of spiritual information and discovered how to be more ME – less anxious, more connected, and actually at peace with my perfectly imperfect life!
And that’s why I’m here. Because when you find the right tools – ones that work with your brain instead of against it – everything shifts! Your creativity flows (even when you can’t find your favorite pen). And you start trusting your intuition (even if you forgot to journal about it).
